Who should you have refer you? Lenders, Realtors or your Priest :)

What is the local market going to be in the next few months.  I can opine that we will have more inventory that has been placed onto the market for sale.

I know for a fact that we have not seen the end of the short sale market.  We have many more months to come with those sellers that are wanting to sell their properties short.

Santa Clarita real estate agentsIt is not the hardest thing we have had to learn – the short sale process.  However, it is extremely difficult accepting that some of the banks are not doing the best job they can with the handling of them.

Too many chef’s spoil the soup.  We see that there are a lot – what can you do?  If you are contemplating a short sale representative, make sure they will also shield you from all of the BS that generates from the bank holding your mortgage.

They should also be talking about short sales and the issues that can come up with them.

Looking to three of our Santa Clarita real estate blogs – you will see that we have static pages that are on the front of each site.  These static pages include a local real estate search engine, a Foreclosure Radar Search engine, and our Google Custom Search.

We have also placed our OPT in box within the landing pages of our Blogs.

The only exception to this is our Santa Clarita reale state sellers blog.  We kept it where the posts are always displaying so the Santa Clarita real estate real estate sellers can find out the rest of the information.

Remember, when looking for real estate to download our apps.  You can head over to your specific app store and do a simple search for paris911.  This works within all of the App Stores – Android and Apple.

When searching for real estate, just stick to the Local real estate agent websites.  The reason for this has to do with how the Real estate syndication websites stay in business. They sell your personal information to hungry real estate agents.
